THE EXPERIENCE
Day 1: Arrival (Airport meet & greet)
• Assigned Relationship Manager welcomes the client from the
airport and accompanies him to the Hotel
• Meet and greet with RM, dinner at 5-stars restaurant, and
obtain customer’s brief on requirements & preferences
Day 2: Property Selection & Closure
• Client pick-up from the Hotel by 10 AM to Azizi offices
• Property brief, model overview, and site visits
• Return to Azizi offices for unit selection & closure
Day 3: Tour in Dubai/Departure
• Tour in Prime Dubai locations (Accompanied by Property Advisor)

Complimentary return flight for two upon 50% payment/Construction
TERMS & CONDITIONS
•Azizi Developments travel desk will be handling visa flights and Hotel bookings.
•Director will be responsible for assigning a property advisor.
•The amount of USD 1,600 “for clients from the GCC” or USD 3,000 “for clients outside the GCC” is adjusted towards purchase
once the sale is confirmed.
•In the event of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded to the client after the deduction of Azizi Developments travel costs.
•To secure pricing, a booking fee for the unit reservation must be provided.
